Provide pastoral leadership to a team of 60+ adults
Develop and equip them for ministry
Oversee the diversity of recovery from -the outreach to- and outreach in- of the community at large
Work to vision the expansion of the ministry to make it more approachable by the non church-ed
Continue the well thought out vision that the churched need some forms of recovery experience
Lead and manage the day to day schedule, meetings, counseling, equipping, as well as the budget for the ministries, and staff responsibilities as a member of the larger team of staff pastors
Create an atmosphere to develop “organic” types of outreach through small group connection and interaction, to develop relationships that are founded on faith and love
Prepare an exit plan for the preparedness of the ministry directors and leaders
